I'm 45 amd literally the one time in my life that I was laid off from a job my manager was a black woman. I interviewed with her and a yt woman and in the interview she was shitty as hell. I was surprised I got hired. I was let go right under three months.

Thanks so much for transparent, I am 42 years old with a 3 year and love it. It was not easy getting pregnant in my 30s. I have to go to the doctors and get tested to find out I had low overian reserve and had to see a fertility doctor. I got healthy physically and mentally. I then changed my diet to vegetarian, and with all the changes to my diet and taking vitamins, I was blessed with my miracle child. I would suggest going to get tested now. Don't wait a year like i did to get tested. Between me trying to get pregnant on my own, testing, etc, 3 years passed before my healthy pregnancy. ❤ Love you cookies!

I’m in a long distance new relationship with a army service man who I met online, I was a little well a lot skeptical trying to make it work and at first trusting he was a real person but we got through that. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable and sharing with us ❤ Whew! Learning to accept your discernment is a process. Some of my less amazing work experiences have helped me learn to trust that intuition. I moved to NYC with my now husband back in 2015 to work on the corporate side of luxury retail, and I have since taken steps away from that space. I’ve been trying to carve out an entrepreneurial path forward for myself. I think we’re the same age (I am also a Virgo) and I understand the worries about having children. My friends have really been helping me feel more secure in my journey though.

I think the Celine-Taylor drama was just a misunderstanding. Taylor was instructed not to touch or go near Celine while receiving her award due to her condition. I agree that she came off rude since she didn’t acknowledge her at all, but there are photos of them talking off stage immediately after she got the award. I’m sure that if she was offended Celine would have said something to her directly. We all have our moments, and I don’t think she meant anything by that interaction The Lana thing was a lose-lose situation. She was invited on stage because she was featured on the winning album, and we all know that if she had been ignored there would also have been people calling her rude, selfish and entitled. And I disagree with calling her an ungrateful little girl. You might not like her or her music, but all the evidence points to her being a pretty decent human. Some of the positive things I’ve heard about her include: - Every writer, producer, director and musician who has worked with her describes her as incredibly gracious, kind and hardworking. Some of the people I know that have publicly praised her songwriting and work ethic include Stevie Nicks, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Carol King, Dolly Parton, Kobe Bryant, Shania Twain and Bruce Springsteen - She prioritizes connecting with her fans. Before the release of every album (before the pandemic) she used to invite fans to her house for a listening party where she’d bake them cookies, and talk with them for hours. People who were invited have said that they were shocked that she actually knew the names, interests, names of family members and pets of every person in the room - For the past year, at every city her tour has stopped, she donated to local food banks enough money to fund a year of their expenses - Last Christmas she gave 50 million dollars in bonuses to her employees. On average, every truck driver went home with a $100k bonus over their base pay And of course she’s not perfect. For instance, I find her political activism to be very lacking, but acting like she’s the worst the entertainment industry has to offer is absurd. In a world in which rich celebrities are known for using and abusing people under them without accountability, I think the presence of a woman who does nothing but make music, connect with her fans and win awards is a net positive
